Healthy communication + boundaries

5. Conscious relationships

Choosing differently instead of reacting

Simple Healing Exercise (5 minutes)

Guide them through something practical:

60-second grounding:

  • Feet on floor
  • Hand on heart
  • Slow inhale 4 seconds
  • Exhale 6 seconds
  • Ask: What do I need right now?
